My run was very broken up today. Started at Springville High with Mckenzie and Aubery we did a 4 mile warmup. Then we ran the nestle 5k, then a 3. some thing cooldown. Then I jumped in my car and drove to the 2nd 5k I registered today, which was a fundraiser for one of my friends that has colon cancer. Ran some before and after to total 15 miles. My one goal today was not to over do it in the 5k's which I felt like I ran smart and didn't feel my hammy. So I was happy about the run's today. nestle 5k the course was totally different than it has been in the past with the 1st half being uphill and the 2nd half being down. felt really comfortable through the race and even let people pass me on the lap around the track. Just told myself no injury, no injury....... 1-7:06 2-7:05 3-6:38 .14- :56(6:29 pace) Then ran 4 more in between and did the run for Cami at Orem high, this was a 3 loop course around the school with lots of little turns. Ran with Marie and we just talked the whole way and dodging people too. Not a fast course but thats okay I wasn't there to run fast. 1-7:32 2- 7:16 3-7:19 .1- :29 w (was a little short) total time 22:36/7:22 then another mile cool down. Came home and did some yoga. weight down to 126.5 only 1.5lbs to pregnancy weight.
