I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Workout on tired legs, had Rebecca for the 1st on but she didn't feel well so she cut the workout. Did 3xmile aided 5:56, 5:58, 5:52. Happy I was able to do all sub-6 and 2 of then on my own I was tired but doable.

| Easy long run:) felt good! Started at Vintage with Janae and Rebecca we went up the path 7.3 then down to the finish then back to vintage. Took it pretty easy going up then just ran comfortable going down and finished strong back to the cars. Iced in the river after, it was actually quite refreshing.
2:50/7:43 avg pace for 22 the 1st mile was a 9:16 so I'll take that out:)
