I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Got up and ran very easy on my own 8:48 avg pace.
taught yoga and spin then drove up to blackridge res and did some open water swimming with Ericka. It was cold and it took us a while to want to get in but we did and it wasn't so bad.

| I went into this race with tired, worn down body. I knew going in that I would not feel fresh and had no goal, which was nice. I had a good time and felt good with the medium hard effort. It's been almost 2 years sense I've ran a half marathon that I have felt good and been happy with. Now it's time to taper!
