| 11 miles tried some 400's made it 4 before feeling like my body was shutting down. Went and got some basic blood work done to see if this is just a simple thing or not....

| 8 miles in the MC with no watch wish I could say I felt good but I didn't. Blood work didn't really help much. I was hoping it would say I was enemic or something that would explain why I feel so bad and have no energy. iron was normal but I had elevated iron % but just slightly. I did say I was dehydrated but could that be the reason for feeling so lousy? I guess I'll work on it (I already drink enough water) and hopefully I start feeling better.

| This is not my year for racing:( I have no idea what is wrong with me... It was the same as last race and my speed work lately my right quad gets this charley horse like cramp and it just feel like I'm running with a completely dead leg. This starts around mile 1 so it was a very miserable race. This whole thing is a mistery to me. I'm trying to get my electrolytes up as well as taking calcium, mag, potassium and extra salt. I was hoping that I was going to have a good race and felt good in the 1st mile but it just hits me like a train and their is nothing I can do to relieve it but slow my pace down. I am very frustrated and wish I could find answers but the medical world is clueless as well. I did have a fun cool down with Amber and my sis, ericka. And I got some new PearZumi shoes that I absoultey loved
