I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Came down with the stomach flu yesterday, probably the reason I haven't felt good. It was AWEFUL!!!!

| Another lack luster run...still feeling the effect of the stomach flu. I really hope I feel good by Saturday I desperately need a good MP long run.

| I am going to take today off, I won't make my mileage goal which makes me mad, but need to feel better. I hope this helps me have a good run tomorrow

| Didn't have high hopes for this run but thought I would give it a go. Warmed up 6.5 then did a MP tempo down the canyon finishing at UVM finish. It was ok. Still tired a having major fatigue plus stomach still bothering me. What's my deal?!? 8 miles@7:07 avg pace, not as fast as I feel I can run but it's what I could muster up. Then slow back to the car.
