Get my grove back Long-Term Running Goals: Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.
Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. | Woke up to the crows of Roosters, which are all over the island, that and cats. Got yo to a beautiful sunrise and went for a run along a great 6 mile long Beach path. Absolutely amazing but very humid.
Went to the very north side of the island to Haena and hiked the Kalalau trail to a small secluded beach. Pretty rough trail with amazing views.

| Up early to go on a boat tour of the entire Na' Pali coast. It was a good day so we where able to do the summer tour which is way cooler than the winter tour. Saw whales with babies, seals, spinner dolphins, and got to snorkel and saw fish, turtles, and a shark.
