I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Tuesday workout- 4x1 mile down the canyon with a 2 min active recovery back up the canyon. Did them with Janae and Marie was there for the 1st 2. Wu 3 miles up the canyon then turned, felt good on these, Janaes goal was 6:20-6:30 but we were faster on all of them. 6:18, 6:13, 6:11, 6:14 then cool down a couple miles.

| Drove up to the bottom if SF with Rebecca, Mac, Amber, Aubs, and Rachelle. We ran to the top then back down got on the path. The path was covered with snow so after about a mile and a half we got on the road until BVF then got back on the path. First long run in a while I have felt good. Foot is bugging me a little bit, I think I just need to keep my miles between 45-50 it seems to do good in that
