I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Went to the gym today, started on the elliptical only because there was no treadmills open. Did that for about 10 mins before a tm was open then ran for 4 miles and pool ran for 40 mins. Sciatic pain is better, still there but better. Went to Marv yesterday and my right hip was higher than the other. Can I tell you that I am so sick of this. I don't even care about running that many miles, I just want to be pain free and maybe run 40 miles a week. That isn't asking to much is it?!? | |

| Went to the rec and ran on the treadmill for 6 miles felt pretty good. Sciatic pain has been barley there. pool ran for 20 mins and then swam for 10 mins. All in all a good work out. | |

| Treadmill miles again as well as 20 mins on the elliptical. My elliptical at home is differant than the one at the gym and it made the top of my right foot hurt. It works the tibialis anterior more. I used the gym elliptical and didn't bother the foot. Did weights lower and abs/back | |
