Met Rebecca at TV to do 1x1600 and 4x400 times 2 we warmed up a mile and did the first TV mile in 6:04, was going to do the 400's on the track but they lock it up so we did them on a flat part of the road. 1st set 1:29, 1:31, 1:30, 1:34. Then ran back about half mile and did the flater part of the TV mile in 6:19 wanted to be done but did the last 400's in 1:42(uphill), 1:35, 1:30, 1:30.
