Decided i need to break into the speed so I went to the SMH and did 7X 1 lap with a lap recovery with the goal of 70 sec. did a 2 mile warmup at an 8 min pace then started. I was just playing it by ear on how many I was going to do I would have liked to have made it to 10 but this felt good to me and I am really having to listen to my body right now. times-66, 69, 71, 69, 69, 69, 72. I really hate running on the indoor track because I am horrible at the turns, I slow way down. yoga class felt so good |
