Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

50 mins  on the elliptical at home followed be some good stretching.  Feeling pretty good, although I am needing  a lot of sleep, I think I got about 10 hours last night.

Dang I knew our postal service was slow, but I totally missed the message of the little one! Congratulations, Josse! It's so exciting! :-D You think you want to know if it's a boy or girl or keep it a secret until the big day?!

Nice night's sleep, that is the way to grow a baby...

Congratulations on the expected addition!

Benn- I will find out, I didn't with my first but was sure she was a girl. I found out with my second but already knew he was a boy. I think this one is a boy but would hate to have it and it be a girl and not have a name. Plus it is nice to prepare with other things ahead of time. If it is a girl I don't have anything because my daughter is 12 and I got rid of all those baby clothe along time ago. Maybe that is why i want it to be a boy, I already have all that stuff. But I really would be happy with either.

I hear ya on the sleep. For awhile there i was going to bed at 7:30 everynight. I now can make it to 9 and thats it, although I dont sleep very soundly. Lots of tossing and turning. Great job on your workout!

Wow, 10 hours, that sounds nice. Marcie, that's how I was with my first, but not as much with #2 an #3.
