Went to the OFC and ran 7 on the treadmill tried to do a tempo but my legs where toast and I couldn't hold my pace (6:50) for more than 2 miles so I just made it to 7 and was done. Ankle acted up today for some reason so I came home and did the classical stretch for strengthening feet and ankles. I was doing this and some how forgot about it, silly me. 7:35 avg pace Went to BYU and did the Bod Pod which measures body fat, they did the caliper testing and the boot camp and said I was 24.5 which i felt was high so wanted to see for sure. There's said 17.6 and my weight is 126.192. will redo after to boot camp just to see.
