Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Started my run with MacK we did 3.8 before the SF group came did this pretty easy.  Then meet up with Michelle and pace quickened a bit, I picked up the pace for a couple of miles around 15 and then died at 19 but made it.  First 20 miler scence last year trianing for Ogden.  Felt pretty good.  Cold and windy out in SF, yuck.

Nice job today Josse. WOW a 20 miler that's awesome. I did 14 today and it almost killed me!

It was nice to see you all out this morning.

I am not sure what "died" means to you, but our last mile wasn't any slower than many others. You were tired but strong, and you ran especially strong when you threw in some faster miles. Thanks for coming down!

Hey Josse do you still access to comps for the Utah Valley marathon. I am really considering it.

From josse on Sun, Mar 16, 2008 at 12:24:59

Yes you can have mine I decided to just pay. So let me know.

Josse, great run! You are really racking up those miles.
