Got up and met Michelle early at Sasha's and we warmed up alittle so Michelle could stretch. Then the whole gang showed up and we did about another 2.5 before we started into some speed (Michelle wanted to be paced for a 5k) I just want to hold on for a mile and did my mile in 6:09. Fastest on the trail so far. Finished up the the run with Daniel and ran a little but with Sarah. Then I came home and finished up with laps around my block, fun stuff. Better run today than yesterday.

Ran to the park down the street and ran barefoot on the grass, I had to see what this was all about. I loved it! It feels like you are a kid again, feeling the soft cool grass under my feet. I think I will do this a couple of times a week. I can see how this really helps your form. Followed by some good stretching in the grass, ITCHY. |
