I am married with 3 lovely children 29, 21, 15 a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Another 7 miles today, man was I tired. Hot and humid makes you sweat like a pig.

Went over to the North shore today, we liked this the best so far. We went to Haleiwa a little town with that old Hawaii charm. We ate at a place called Haleiwa eats the best food on the island. Recommended by Golden H. Actually we ate the best food all day over on this side of the island for dinner we went to blue water steak and shrimp, a RV park on the side of the road and then after we went to Ted's bakery and got some haipu pie very tasty. We did some shopping and then went to the Sunset Beach and watched the surfers. Stayed there most of the day and then went to another beach just up the road where you could actually swim. Huge monster waves over on this side of the island. I think we will go back over to the North side again tomorrow, we quite liked it.

I remember when I ran there on my vacation that not only did my clothes always get soaked, but they smelled 10 times worse than they ever did running anywhere else. It's like instant fermentation or something.

I do but the humidity is hard to breath in. My husband says maybe I am getting to much O2.

Man did you ever pick the right week to get out of Utah....I love the sweating comment. I sweat like that on the East cost in Summer. I call it 'champion sweating' because it doesn't matter how many miles you do, you drip sweat when you're finished like you've just finsihed a marathon. It's crazy sweat--and also, I also hate to run at sea level. Everyone complains about higher elevation--but I think it's way harder to breath in all that oxygen and moisture at sea level. Who needs all that oxygen?
