I run casually and I play ultimate, soccer, ice/roller-skate and bike for a change of pace and to keep the repetitive strain injuries away.

3 miles easy - Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I maybe pushed it a little harder than I should have.  It wasn't that bad for me, but wasn't good for Dave.  I think it was almost a tempo run for him. - avg pace 7:42 min/mile (7:49, 7:32, 7:48)

Stadiums!  First time in a long time. We ran down to a set of stairs and did 3/4 of a mile of them, ten repeats of up and then down around a little slope back to the start. Then we headed down to the stadium and did three sets there before heading back.
