Personal:
I run casually and I play ultimate, soccer, ice/roller-skate and bike for a change of pace and to keep the repetitive strain injuries away.
Favorite Blogs:
Didn't even make it a block. Have some major foot pain after hiking this weekend.
Couldn't run in my pures or my torins, due to foot issues, but made it 2 miles in the asics without issues. The extra support takes weight off of the outside of my foot.
Had some foot discomfort (subluxed cuboid from last weekend) but made it most of 3 miles.
Saw a dog foaming at the mouth... it was acting very friendly, but yeah... still walked until someone else was between me and it.
