I run casually and I play ultimate, soccer, ice/roller-skate and bike for a change of pace and to keep the repetitive strain injuries away.
Favorite Blogs:
2 miles easy in the AM - 8:09,8:04 - felt kind of awkward because I haven't run in over a week
4 miles easy - avg 8:09 pace (8:15, 8:08, 8:13, 8:03, r0:24)
Good easy 3 miles today. (8:11, 7:55, 7:47, r1:30) - I wore my thicker tights despite it not being to cold and it seemed to help my hamstrings not get tight. Maybe I'll start running with a little more insulation on my legs for easy runs.
