Enjoy running, stay fit (and maybe lose a few pounds). Play ultimate frisbee.

Unretire at some point

Run a sub-6 hr 50 miler

Win a 100 mile ultramarathon

Personal:

I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

xt and a little foam roll

I obviously haven't been at frisbee for a month due to my injury, but our group is dwindling due to people moving, leaving the company, injury, or just not coming. We had a long stretch of 10-15 most days. Lately, they've frequently had 6-10. 10-12 is ideal, but no real prospect for new people.

AM- felt tired so cut my normal XT to 10 min, then weights.

Left work early to head to a restaurant for social gathering with a bunch of coworkers, including 6 of whom are laid off (tomorrow is last day for most). Sad to see them go. Then donated blood in the evening. I should have eaten dinner first- got very lightheaded in the breakroom after, so they wheeled me back into the donation room, put my feet up and ice packs all over. That was fun. At least I didn't pass out, which I've done once or twice. Had a headache the rest of the day.
