AM- 10.5. Feeling sore all over- maybe getting sick? Both feet hurt. Lunch- 4 run, 5.5 xt. I think I'm a hobbit. Here is my eating today: First Breakfast (6 am)- hard boiled egg, pancake Second Breakfast (9 am)- huge, huge, HUGE bowl of oatmeal with 1/2 cup blueberries Mid-morning snack (9:30 am)- chips First Lunch (11 am)- banana Second Lunch (2 pm)- apple, PBJ, yogurt, orange, veggies Afternoon Snack (4 pm)- burrito Second Afternoon Snack (5 pm)- many handfuls of peanuts Dinner (6 pm)- Sandwich, salad, bread, and pastry at Panera Bread |
