Track practice + canal banks - NT
Warmup, stretching, drills, accels. Then a 1.5 mile quick run to the depot and back, followed by 300, 200, 100 on the track. I ran these hard (can't say they were fast). When I got home, I did a moderate 20 minute run on the canals and ended up on the track.
