I've been running since junior high. Ran middle distance in college with a PB of 1:52 for the 800 meters, then continued running with varying degrees of seriousness throughout my 20's and 30's. Moved up in distance and even ran three marathons (2:43 PB). Now just trying to stay in shape and find balance in life in my 40's.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Work out 30 minutes a day, six days a week
Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay healthy and consistent.
Personal:
Married with 3 children. Work as a school counselor.
20 minute tempo at 6:15/mile pace. Wore the Heras and they felt pretty good. Decent effort, but can I do 10 more miles at close to that pace on Saturday?
Weight: 0.00

Yes - 2 years since my last race (also the Great Potato half). You're not coming down to run it by chance are you?

No, not this time...need to get over and run that one some time. Thinking about the COT full in October though.

COT is at a good time of year in Boise. I have heard there is a new marathon in Boise this October called Onward Shay that they were really trying to promote and get a good field for. Not sure how that's stacking up but it might be worth looking into. http://onwardshay.com/about/

I have heard about Onward Shay from a really fast friend in Boise (Erik Teig) who is trying to get me to think about that one too.
