Jogged around Gold's for 10 minutes outside, then did the rest on the treadmill, including 5 miles at approx. marathon pace (6:22 to 6:18). Good strength workout that required some concentration - especially on the boring treadmill.
Weights & core - 20 minutes. A really strong full body circuit-type workout.
