Treadmill - 20:00
First run in a couple of weeks. Started at 11 min pace and made it down to 9 min pace. Covered a whopping 2.1 miles. So far no pain. Will try to work up slowly and show restraint. Not training for any races in the forseeable future, so no need to get crazy.
Weights - 25 minutes. Fatigued; got tired really quick after a couple of sets. |
