Canal banks - NT
Just a jog/shuffle with Leo. Not feeling much better -- achilles, body aches/cold and motivation. 3 days of crap (2 days no running and one day with a 2 mile shuffle). I think it's time to just gut it out tomorrow and get back into regular training. I know 2 days off isn't going to help the achilles at all (never does), so I guess I'd be better off just to keep running through like I usually do. I'm not sick enough to take days off, just bad enough to make the runs a bit tougher than usual. Enough whining. Back to running tomorrow. |
