Long Run home from work in PM since it was raining this morning. The extra recovery time from Monday was prob. a good thing also.

I started hurting pretty bad after 15 miles, but this run was much more enjoyable in daylight.
19 mi. - 2:24:20. I kept it in about 7-7:30 range easily enough until about 15 mi.
Good recovery activities tonight.
