Personal:

400m/800m competitively in track in high school.  Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010.  Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6.  I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN.   I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN.  Originally from Lexington, KY.

LRa in Brown Co. State Park.  Started at 6:30am in some decent weather.  Humid lower than it has been and reasonably mild heat.  Did my usual - ran about an hour before group got there and an hour with the group.  Good combination of trails and road.  Trails not too muddy cosidering amount of rain recently.  Ate 4 gels today - Huma and Honey Stingers.  Liking the Honey Stingers.  Set waters out at the car and made a bunch of stops, with several extended stops to talk to group.  26 miles total / 2356' of gain - 4:04:20

2.5 miles of walking over to Bart. Co. Fair with family.
