AM - started walking on TM at gym and called off running am altogether. Elliptical - 12 minutes, Rowing 4min., bench press / lat pull circuit, and core for 30 minutes.
PM - Wife dropped me off at track - Track Tues. (10x300@5k w/ 100 jog): 54,56,56,55, 60,59,60,62, 57,58. 100m jog recoveries were about 35 seconds. Ran home from track with a very fortunate bathroom location available for bathroom stop at Donner Park.
