AM - easy run with the dog - 2 mi. -16:45 AM2 - 6 mi. hill workout with MP rec. - 40:22 my usually 6 mi. course has 10 hills of approx. same length/grade: 10 reps of going hard up hills ~ 40sec. each rep, each hill ~6% over 200m, with cruising down the flats and downhills at ~MP. The last hill is 0.3, but about 3-4%.
