11 am Long Run. Out and baclk on People Trail out to Fire Station/airport. Much better weather, and consequently, much more encouraging resulting run/performance. Stopped a couple times for Number 1's, refill on water, and 1 No. 2. Ate 3 gels and roughly 2 full handhelds of water. 29 miles - 3:55:52. Stayed around the 8 minute range most of the way and was pretty comfortable. Last long run before the 100M. Maybe a 18-20mi. next week. and then maybe bandit half marathon in Indy if feeling fresh.
