4:45AM run before work: 5.78 miles easy about 48:48. Was going to do Yasso 800s workout this morning, but ran out of time and was feeling a little sore as well. Wisely postponed till this evening. 7PM Track workout: I am hurting - I cut this workout short. All left leg, very painful when foam rolling. Workout was decent: 20min. WU over to track, 7x0.5mi. LT: 2:38, 40, 42, 42, 46, 45, 48, 3x200m @ ~ 95% - 32, 31, 29, CD jog home was pretty painful... 9.69mi. total - 1:13:52
