Slow and easy miles....I keep trying to tell myself this is okay. The last week has been rough. I woke up last Tuesday and felt like I had been hit by a bus. My hips were extremely fatigued and sore and I was pretty sure I was getting sick....not sick but the aching has continued. Hips and sacral area are so tired and sore and my calves are starting to feel the same way. I am not sure what is going on other than not enough hours in the day to get everything done. The plan is for lots of easy miles, trying to eat better and hopefully feeling better.
