AM - 15 miles. Started the morning by running a half mile with Abby, then headed up to Jeremy Ranch w/ Rob and the team. For most of the guys it was their debut on the heavenly road. I thought it was going to be freezing but the sun was out in full force and it ended up being t-shirt weather. We saw donkeys, sheep, and sled dogs. Andy told us that when cows say "moo" they are actually saying "milk." I think his theory is 100% correct. Altogether a fantastic morning. I was thinking over the last couple miles... it doesn't get much better than running in these kinds of places this time of the year.
