AM - We went for a powerwalk around the neighborhood bouncing training ideas for the next cycle off each other.

Andrea worked some PT magic (ie. basic stretching) last night and my back feels somewhat normal again. So naturally I'm already second guessing the decision I made when I was feeling terrible and frustrated yesterday morning. I'm sure no one saw that coming :-) But I'm sticking to the new plan... rest now and then huge marathon breakthrough in the spring.

PM - Another walk.

PM2 - Another walk. Tripled today... boo yah!

I'm picturing two little characters, one on each shoulder, an angel and a devil, arguing "you should have done it" while the other argues for caution. I just can't figure out which one is which.

Andrea is the angel :-)

What constitutes "a walk"? I've walked quite a few times today but am not sure if it was "a walk"

3 x 0 = 0!

(just kidding)

Zero was the goal today! :-)

First came the 3x10 mile days of cam levins- perfected by the triple walk days of jake k. I didn't think you would be able to skip the 5k today : )

There was no point in running the 5K today... the small potential financial payoff would have not been worth it if I tweaked the hammy again... and its feeling so much better now, so I'll chalk up today as a victory in that respect. Plus, by sleeping in until about the time the gun was going off, the was no temptation to change my mind in the morning :-)

Wow a triple is incredibly impressive Jake!

It was nice to hangout with you guys this morning. I'm sure that after a week of your new crossfit plan you'll be right back on track. :)
