AM - 9 miles. Horsepark loops. First couple w/ Andrea, then a few more solo and ran home. Felt better than I expected.

PM - 4.5 miles. The neighborhood kids think Andrea and I are racing when I am running and she is rollerblading... and they root for her. Today a whole pack came running towards us yelling "GO ROLLERBLADER!!!"

Went up Little Cottonwood Canyon for a free tram ride and some outdoor fun this afternoon. Gorgeous day up high... yellow is the main color in LCC right now and there is a dash of white above 10K feet...

Rob - it depends on my work schedule... I don't know yet. And I'm still car-less for another week, so its tough for me to shoot down to SHP and then back up to work. What time do your guys run?
