AM - 9.5 miles. Met the guys at Highland for the usual Sunday loop through Holladay. 

PM - 4.5 miles. 

Andrea went for a 17 mile hike through this region yesterday. I can't wait to see her photos, the area looks amazing (Update: Pictures posted, very cool!). I'm mainly just happy that she felt good afterwards, because that is a lot of time on the feet. Hopefully a good sign of things to come.

Just realized you called Rob. I've been running around the last couple hours, getting all my chores and errands done for the week... and Andrea's very-belated Valentine's present ready :-) I don't want to have anything to do all week after work. Just finished everything up and now its 730 and time for bed. I turn into such a 4 year old during marathon week.

I'm thinking I'm going to give your "day off" idea a shot... wednesday or thursday.

Joe - The Super Jesus (Christo Redeemo) is in Rio. She took some pics of it from below when she was in Rio last year... its a really impressive statue.

The entire coastline in Rio just seems stunning. I'm considering applying for a job at Andrea's company so I can go on this yearly trip to Brazil! I'd make a great bodyguard.

Looks like an awesome place to go for a 17 mile hike. Pretty sure you should be "signing up" for that yearly trip.

I dug back through your blog archives remembering that you posted some stuff about what supplements to take in your post about recovery. Been intending on implementing this stuff for quite some time now. Thanks for sharing this stuff. It comes in very helpful!
