AM - 8.7 miles up to work. Nice to see Utah got a little character building weather!

PM - 4.3 miles down to SHP. Walked around a bit through the snow w/ Andrea and then we ran a lap around the track just because its fun to run on the track when its covered in snow.

After running in the middle of the day when it was 70+ degrees out in TN yesterday, I definitely over-compensated with way too many extra layers this morning when I saw the single digit wind chill, and ended up being really, really warm :-)

When I have too many layers I play the squirrel game- Where can I hide this that no one will find? Then my clothes grow into a giant acorn tree.
