Nice! How'd the hamstring hold up?

Here's a question for you. How often should someone work on their core each week? I need to incorporate that into my workouts and want to make sure I don't overdo it.

Its feels OK but I know hamstrings don't heal in a week, so I'm going to continue to be cautious. No faster running or races for a while.

Regarding the core question... I think you are safe doing it every other day, so 3-4 times a week.

Yeah, I think I'll try three days per week and see how that goes.

Glad you are on the mend, Jake. Nice job being wise.

Same to you Matt! Glad to see you back at it... We'll have to get some Saturday runs going again soon.

Definitely! Can't wait.
