AM - 7.7 miles, JAJA run through Sugarhouse.

PM - 6 miles easy. Nice recovery day.

Yesterday I reached my goal of 20,000 perfect pushups for the year, with almost 2 months to spare!

Today is Andrea's birthday! I made a slideshow with some highlights from her 24th year

Nice goal achievement! I don't feel like doing math right now - how many pushups per day is that? Morning and night or once per day?

Happy Birthday Andrea!

Its actually only like 60-something per day. I usually just do them after my afternoon run. Gotta keep the arms from being TOTALLY scrawny :-)

Thanks for the slideshow!! It makes me look athletic :) Did we do anything but exercise and eat ice cream?!

From Jake K on Thu, Nov 03, 2011 at 10:51:22 from 155.100.226.53

We had frozen yogurt sometimes. And I think we watched a couple movies. But otherwise, nope... it was pretty much all exercise and ice cream.

Just think what the slideshow would look like if I stretched it back a few more months... it would have JMT, the ridiculous Labor Day trip to CO where we climbed six 14ers in like 36 hours, etc.

cool slideshow -- looks like a year packed with fun!

i've done 8 pullups this year.

Allie - I think you tie with Jake on pull-ups!

From Jake K on Thu, Nov 03, 2011 at 11:05:19 from 155.100.226.53

Shutup Andrea!!! I had to quit doing perfect pullups so my groin injury would heal!

That is because you are a machine Jake, Way to push up! :)

Nice run and 20,000 pushups? Seriously? Guess how many I've done this year? 4. I need to find my Perfect Pushup devices. I know they're around here somewhere.

LOVED the slide show, it's like my ideal life - fun, climbing, running, skiing, biking, fun, icecream, fun and more icecream :) Especially if I looked like both of you I certainly wouldn't feel bad about eating all that icecream! Okay, I eat that much now and I don't feel bad about it :)

I loved the pic doing the pushups with the helmet on - worried about falling? :) Happy Birthday and here is to another fun filled, exciting year!

Oh, and 20,000 push ups? I can't even do 1 pull up! - scrawny arms and a fat butt don't make it easy for me to do anything well with upper body.

Happy Birthday to Andrea and great pics...love the shorts in the mt. slopes! Good luck as Philly gets near...can't wait to see how you do!

Awesome. 20000 push ups is unreal. No wonder your arms are so cut. Enjoy the cake and ice cream tonight. I loved the photo collage of Andrea.
