AM - 5 miles. 5 x 1/4 mile in 62, 60, 60, 60, 58 on the dead-end street (~2% downhill). Three weeks ago I did 4 x 1/4 in ~67 avg on this stretch. A lot of the improvement has to do with staying focused on my form. PM - 7 miles w/ Andrea (bike). Here's my contribution to the running world for the year, the result of a successful science experiment: Homemade, Flexible Ice Packs. You can make them any size you want. I made a couple that cover my entire hamstrings, at a cost of ~$1.75 each.
