AM - 15 miles up to work. Mission accomplished - drove my car to work exactly one day in July. Lots of run commuting miles... and no real workouts. That will change... PM - 10 miles home. Threw in about 8-10 short accelerations during the last mile. Figured that since July has pretty much been a jogfest, I might as well close it out by moving my legs a little quicker. 621 miles for the month... that's definitely my highest ever... now the rest of the year is a perpetual taper :-) |
