Hey Jake. just wanted to thank you for all the good advice you gave me throughout my running career. I'm leaving on my mission Wednesday so this is goodbye for a while. Too bad I never got to meet you but you really did help me through my high moments of running and lows. I'll update again once I get back in 2 years when I start running for SUU. Good luck with your training and races!

You've inspired me as well... I can't remember what race it was, but something you wrote once that really stuck with me is when you said something along the lines of "I couldn't walk afterwards and that's how I know I ran it right"... I love that competitive spirit and how hard you've pushed yourself.
