AM - 11 miles up to work, easy.

PM - 5.5 miles down to the gym. Hot tub. Then saw Rob dragging Andy across the street like a mother lion, to keep him safe from cars.

Complexification. Today's Workout. Ryan Vail video. Andrea's review. Inversion is going away. And Science of Sport once again nails it. That's all I got.

Thanks Jake. Another excellent post with great links. Like the Complexification stuff - total sense.

Poor old Andrea:( But she's on the mend:)

Vern Gambetta's blog is must read for me. Perfect combination of science and common sense.

I really look forward to my daily dose of wisdom from Vern. Its a good way to start every morning.

Congratulations on being 'almost' as famous as Lance and Oprah!

Without being Obese or Doped.

Oprah?!?!... Lance never ceases to amaze. When he admits using PEDs, will all the audience members be instructed to look under their seats for their complimentary 2000 IUs of EPO?

Although I guess she'll be tougher on him than Phil Liggett and Bob Roll would be :-) It was probably her or Matt Lauer.

My vote would have been for Charles Barkley to get the interview! If its going to be a circus, it might as well be an entertaining one.

Great links Jake. Especially the complexification one. So true. I agree -- Charles Barkley would have been better! EPO under Oprah's audience members' seats -- hilarious!
