I added that extra mile for the parts where the wind was in my face, but then took away a mile for the parts where the wind was at my back. So 11+1-1 = 11. I think...

I thought you were handy enough at the old push ups until I just read about Mike Fremont on the Running Times site. When I read it, I swore. If you haven't seen his training you've got to check it.
