AM - 11.5 miles up to work. Kept the pace really easy... I think its safe to label it as jogging. If I had gone any faster I would have overheated anyways... the sign at the school on 17th east said 48 degrees. Feels like spring - although it looks like Alta is going to get 4-5 feet of snow b/w now and Sunday, so for the first time this winter I'm actually a bit excited to go skiing.

PM - 10.3 miles home, met Andrea for a few miles along the way.

Dang it was 26 F here this morning and it hasn't been 48 F here all winter in the morning. I want my money back for the warm winters sales pitch we got.

You are really slacking on your swimming and biking miles...

Shut up I'm not even sure how I got the triathalon template. Obviously wasn't paying attention when I signed up for the blog.

I can guarantee that I'll never go over 0.0 swimming miles.

And what would you so called "jogging" pace be? I think it's safe to say it's probably faster than my sprinting pace. :D

Lets just say the 8-minute guy would have beat me soundly.

And I think you can sprint a lot faster than that! :-)

I'm glad the snow will be up to your minimum standards soon. Your wasatch and beyond blog posts are fun to read.

Thanks Kam. Now that I'm running Boston, though, the skiing will have to be somewhat on the backburner until after April 16th. If I can get out once a week until then, I'll be pretty happy.

Very impressive mileage lately. I am slowly getting back into running every day, or most days, each week. Gotta start training for Ogden soon and I can't wait to cross that finish line. It's been way too long!
