AM - 10 miles. Easy run w/ Kevin, Sandy, and Josh. We did something other than the Holladay loop for once, since Kevin locked his keys in his car right before we started. So we ran up to his house and then back through Liberty Park. Nice morning. PM - 6 miles. Andrea made a pizza while I was out. Then we independently wrote out what we thought my upcoming week of training should look like and compared notes. The two versions looked almost exactly the same. Scary. Her version actually had me running a couple more miles than mine.
