AM - 10.8 miles. Ran 6 w/ Andrea, then headed up to work. Feeling recovered from Saturday's workout. PM - 12.8 miles. Ran 4.5 miles down to the track, then rolled right into the workout - 5 x 1000m + 5 x 200m. Wanted to keep the 1Ks somewhere b/w 5K/10K and Half-Marathon pace (since there is not much difference between those paces!). Splits were 3:07, 3:05, 3:05, 3:04, 3:01 (400m jog b/w reps), then averaged 32 seconds for the 200s (with a 200m jog b/w reps). Cooled down 2.8 miles in the park with Andrea.
