AM - 10.5 miles. JAJA run. Split off from the group after 7 miles and ran up to work. Allie made a custom map of the run using the latest satellite imagery.

PM - 7.3 miles home. 

Thought this was interesting - at the Fukuoka Marathon, race officials pull you off the course if you don't stay under 2:46 pace!

Well you have to run 2:42 just to get into the race... but they don't allow anyone to have a bad day! :-)
