AM - 10.3 miles up to work, slow jog. 

PM - 7.3 miles home. 

If anyone is interested in doing Tour de Run (3 stage race on July 13-14 - 5K, 10K, 5 miles), you can use the code wasatchreferral and it will only be $50. This seems like a pretty cool new idea, hopefully we can get a bunch of people to sign up... maybe even make a few teams from the blog? I wrote some more about the race on Wasatch & Beyond (blog link)

I noticed it was a little hazy this morning. It made the colors in the sky look cool... but usually when the sky looks cool, that means something is wrong.

Too true. One of my most memorable sunsets was because I could watch it without my eyes frying but that tells you how much crud was in the sky that evening.

I kept wishing I had my camera this morning because it was really cool looking. The smoke from the Sanpete fires west of my house mixed with the sunrise made for a pretty sweet view.

I am glad I don't have asthma though...

Maybe I could call my boss, say I'm going to be late, drive down to Highland, run, drive home to Ogden, go to work, go to bed, get up extra early, drive back down to Highland, run, drive back to Ogden, take our kids to karate class, drive back down to Highland and finish the last leg of the race. That should make it extra challenging, right? lol

This sounds fun too bad I am running Bryce Canyon half that weekend. We could still do the ice cream social Saturday night thoigh. Just sayin
