7.5 miles on the canal road, up Perry Canyon (north swithbacks) to the Upper Bench. Caught a toe on a rock and fell, cutting my fingers, hand, arm, and leg. Nobody was around, so I layed there on the ground for awhile. Nice run, saw 11 lizards and a hummingbird that liked my orange bandana.
